Our head accent coach is Jessica Howard, a passionate communication professional with the following degrees and certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from George Washington University • Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from John Hopkins University • Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate from Georgetown University She is a qualified and expert ESL tutor and Accent Reduction Coach who has experience working in a wide variety of situations and bringing students their full potential for excellent results, with a strong track record of success. Years of Experience in Diverse Situations Both large and small organizations have benefited from her fluency tutoring and speech coaching, including clients such as the Food and Drug Administration and the Social Security Administration, as well as private companies. She has worked with many non-native English speakers from various ages, experience levels, and cultures around the globe for over 10 years, and has acquired a deep understanding of the emotional, physical, and mental struggle that comes with improving American English accents and fluency.
