Crocheting with Jamie K.

Hello! I am a self taught crochet fanatic! I taught myself with YouTube/the internet in 2021 hoping to have a new hobby while spending lots of time at home. I quickly found a passion for the craft and since have taught many friends and family to crochet, taught crochet classes in the KC area, participated in craft fairs, and established an online Etsy shop. While finding crochet to bring lots of joy and to be therapeutic, my goal is to share the knowledge of the craft so that others can reap the benefits of learning something new. We will learn the Crochet 101 basics including how to make a chain and to create fabric using single, double and half-double crochet stitches. Students will need at least 50 grams worsted weight (no. 4) yarn in a light color and a suitable size hook (G, H, or I is recommended). I can also help with reading and understanding crochet patterns!
