    Hi, there! My name is Carolina and I can't wait to meet you! I am a native of Mallorca (Spain) and I've been teaching private lessons since 2006. Teaching is one of my passions in life and I love helping my students in their journey into the vibrant Spanish language and cultures. I went to the University of Wisconsin and earned a Masters in Spanish language and literatures in 2014. Now I'm pursuing my PhD in Spanish Literature focusing on Spanish 20th century poetry. I'm an enthusiastic and positive person and try to reflect that in my teaching. I am very dedicated to my work and I always create the lesson according to the student personality and needs. Whether you want to start learning Spanish from the beginning or want to improve your skills, I look forward to helping you reach your goals!

    Carol is definitely one of the best instructors. She's the perfect combination of what a student needs to learn Spanish. Carol has an amazing pedagogy on top of being a native speaker. Sometimes we forget that being a native speaker does not automatically mean that one knows how to teach, but Carol is great because she knows how to teach her native language. On top of that, she's patient, accommodating and funny, which helps anybody who's trying to learn a new language!
