My web development journey: For the last 3.5 years I’ve been mentoring inner city youth as well as directing the curriculum development for the David Lynch Foundation. I am honored I had the opportunity to teach many amazing students basic life skills, including a meditation practice, that helped them thrive in the high stress environments they navigate each day. While I am a teacher at heart, I got bit by the “entrepreneurial bug” during my time with DLF. I became impassioned about building a platform that would give people around the world more efficient access to the kinds of services I was providing my students. This led me to leave my post and pursue web development full-time so I could refine the skills I’d need to build my startup into a thriving business. I’ve since graduated from an immersive coding program that’s armed me with the essential toolkit needed to be a quality, cutting edge developer, and I’m excited to teach others what I have learned along the way!
