My name is Beatris I am from Denver Colorado I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I can teach in both languages English and Spanish. my classes are for all ages from 10 and up.i would like to teach belly dancing, Tahitian New Zealand, and pole dance. Belly dancing I will teach a Beginner to intermediate level. My teaching belly dancing will be a style of Egyptian Cabaret. I have been belly dancing for 17 years and Tahitian for 5 years. I will be teaching Tahitian New Zealand poi balls and pole dancing as an intro Beginner level of dancing.

Mother Daughter or Motherhood Childhood Lessons
Let's learn the basic in a fun way with mother Daughter or Child learning belly dancing.. It is a great way of building self-confidence and physical health. The lessons we will learn and be able to put together the basic movements and simple dance routines. For example steps turns, colorful veils and zills.I also can teach children belly-dancing ages 4 & up.Please contact me if you like your child to learn something new.
Belly dancing for Pregnant women
It is a great benefits for pregnancy and preparation for labor. Pregnant women will feel beautiful with this dance art wearing beautiful costumes and colorful veils.
In these lessons you will learn easy, relaxing belly dance movements. we will start with a basic warm up with slow music and followed by slow moves such as hip circles,figure 8's and more.

Belly Dance for young children ages 4 & up
Bellydancing for young children with middle eastern dance flavors. In these lessons your child will learn basic bellydance technique, posture isolations,steps,turns and simple dance routines in a fun learning environment. Belly dancing is a great form of exercise and it helps children to stay active and still have fun by learning this art form of dance please let your child have this experience contact me this will be a fun lesson.
Beginner Tahitian
In Tahitian you will learn the names of the basics and it is all about the hips with drum beats. It is a lower body cardio workout. You will learn the proper hip technique and hand positions to create a mini dance choreography. Tahitian is a fun workout for all ages. Please drink lots of water, and wear a hip wrap.
New Zealand with poi balls.
Poi balls are for all ages and it is also specially for children with learning disability such as dyslexia. Poi balls are a culture from the island of New Zealand. In this lesson you will learn the basics of the spin techniques how to hold the poi ball first you will use one hand at a time and master later both hands to be able do to the motions and how to spin the poi balls and to put a mini combo dance routine with some music.
Beginner pole dancing intro
The benefits of pole dancing is a complete body workout and it is require to lift and hold your own body weight. As a beginner you will learn all the basic spins and skills. Please come join me. This pole dance lesson will be fun.
Beginner Sword Dancing for Belly dancing Lessons

The basic technique how to frame your body with theses movements as isolation, hip shoulders shimmies,spins and how to put step combinations together. Along with a short combo cane dance.
