Computer Programming with Ami G.

Hello future programmers! I'm a Canadian software developer and teacher currently living in the US. I've used my coding skills to travel the world - working in Toronto, Paris, Helsinki, and Philadelphia. I've also taught programming courses in Toronto and Helsinki. I love passing the joy of programming to new people. Over the years I've used all sorts of programming languages and technologies. Lately I've been doing a lot of Python, R, SQL (MySQL and Postgresql) and Javascript programming, but I've also worked professionally in C, C++, and PHP. The one major language I've (mostly) avoided is Java, so if you're learning Java I can help you with concepts, but probably not the nitty-gritty of the language. Apart from programming languages, I also have a strong computer science background and can help you out with algorithms and discrete mathematics. I look forward to meeting you!
