Gringa Consulting was started by a white girl or “gringa” on a mission to help gringos master Spanish! The Gringa Consulting teaching style works best for those who are ambitious and have a pressing need to learn the language. Coming from a scholastic and experiential Spanish education background, Alyssa, of Gringa Consulting, understands how American English speakers can best develop an individualized understanding of Hispanic cultures and dialects, as well as the importance of the often-absent human element in traditional language education. Alyssa is a world traveler who loves people and is happiest when in a session with a student, sipping on a hot cup of coffee, playing volleyball, or lost in a foreign country. She currently works for a money transfer company called WorldRemit, as the Denver Operations Manager.
