Mark is an amazing instructor. He is a master at Pro Tools and has fun, intuitive memory tricks to help you navigate Pro Tools efficiently and effectively. Not only is he great at Pro Tools, but he has a lot of experience in all facets of music production. He certainly has a lot of interesting anecdotes related to any of the music topics at hand. He is extremely knowledgeable, yet he breaks down complicated concepts into something that anyone can understand (and more importantly remember). I really enjoyed the time I spent with Mark. I strongly encourage you to sign up for lessons with him. You'll learn not only about the topic at hand, but also gain an interesting perspective on things you wouldn't have thought of before.

About Ray
Hello! My name is Ray R. and I'm a professional drummer and drum instructor.

I have been teaching private lessons for over four years and I'm currently accepting new students at my home studio, the studio is fully sound proofed and sound treated to make the lessons more enjoyable. I count with two drum sets, which allows me and the student to play together, making the lessons more fun and efficient. I'm also available to travel to your place if that's your preference. I've taught students ranging from 3 years old to 60 years old.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Performance of Contemporary
Music from Musicians Institute, where I have also been a private tutor in subjects including technique, reading, and overall drum set playing. Currently a drum instructor in Cornel School of Contemporary Music, teaching reading classes and contemporary styles, and at Modern Music School, where most of my students are kids. I'm also a published author with 6 educational drum books available in Amazon that are perfect for a beginner drummer who is first learning how to play, or for intermediate players who are looking to strengthen their foundations as drummers.

I'm a huge fan of teaching and take the opportunity to help you improve at something you love very seriously. I look forward to helping you accomplish all of your drumming goals!

Ray R. is what I would call a "Performance Teacher" to me. I am a guitarist and play with him to improve everything from rhythm to live performance skills. Not only is Ray an absolute beast of a musician, he is a wonderful teacher. As many people may know, just because one is a good musician it doesn't necessarily mean you also know how to be an effective teacher. Ray is the best of both worlds! I have improved leagues since I started playing with him some months ago. I COULD NOT recommend his as a teacher enough.

About Eric
Hi, everybody! My name is Eric, and I've been teaching for quite some time. I started teaching at a pre-college program while at Temple University, where I studied with members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and then switched to teaching for Music & Arts and in students' homes. I love music, especially the clarinet (although I wanted to play drums when I was in fourth grade, but don't tell anybody that). My teaching style is "non-traditional," according to one of my students, in the sense that I don't teach any two students the same way, mostly because no two students are the same. "His teachi
ng style is nontraditional and highly motivates young music students to practice playing their instruments." Non-traditional, see? But effective. I teach EVERYTHING right out the gate: technique, musicality, and sound (I find it's much easier to develop as a musician with a solid musical foundation, not just a technical one). I can't wait to meet you and start making music!

Eric is inventive, patient, resourceful, and adaptive in his teaching technique. He provided my son with strong, thorough, and challenging musical experiences that have made my 11-year-old the accomplished clarinetist he is today. Eric's impact on my son will be positive and long-lasting, nurturing a strong foundation for all his future musical endeavors.

Eric Lebrun is a knowledgeable, creative, and friendly clarinet teacher. He related very well to our 12/13 year old daughter. His teaching style is nontraditional and highly motivates young music students to practice playing their instruments. He offers his students a large range of music genres to maintain their interest and improve their playing skills. Eric was very reliable and flexible with scheduling lessons. His broad experience in the music industry also was an asset when we needed assistance in recording audition pieces. Our family would highly recommend Eric as clarinet teacher!!

I have taken lessons with Ronald since I was 6, I am now 23. In my 17 years of taking lessons I have learned to play piano, sing and am proficient in music theory. In the more recent years I have even had the opportunity to teach music through Ronald. Throughout the years, I have experienced and witnessed the patience and kindness Ronald consistently shows his students. He encourages his students to become better and shares in their enthusiasm due to their accomplishments. Ronald genuinely cares about his students and is dedicated to making sure his students improve. I fully recommend Ronald for students who have parents who want to be involved in the learning process and especially for young children who are just starting out. Ronald works well with families, includes parents every step of the way and is very patient with young students helping them learn in an open and encouraging environment.

Mr.Chaz is really dedicated to his profession. He started to teach my seven year old son over one year ago and he has motivated him to sing his best and he started piano with him last year which has been a phenomenal experience for my son. Chaz really focuses on the detail, theory and groundwork necessary to excel in music. If you are lucky enough to get your child started with him you will never regret the experience. He is simply the best! My son sings all the time now and loves to play piano. I am so happy for my son to have found someone to expand on his talents!

Russ is a truly exceptional individual and very knowledgeable in all aspects of music theory, production and the industry. Not only is he an great at what he does, but he can also relate and impart that knowledge onto others - a skill that is surprisingly rare among high-caliber performers. The price per lesson seems higher than average at first glance, but I feel that the speed and amount of knowledge you acquire per dollar is actually lower than that of other instructors. Really.

He is also active in the industry, so the skills he teaches are current.

I take lessons with Russ online through Skype for EDM production in FL Studio. He is always punctual and promptly communicates if anything comes up. His teaching style carefully balances the need to provide guidance, while allowing freedom for individual artistic development. Every week, I start a composition or track analysis project that applies what I've learned in previous lessons, and I will submit it to Russ to discuss things that went well and things to work on in the future. In this way, you are not just being lectured, but you are actually learning to collaborate with an exceptional musician. I've personally experienced how constant application and feedback facilitates rapid learning.

He certainly is a serious musician, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have a fun personality. He is engaging and inspirational.

I would, without reservation nor hesitation, highly recommend Russ to anyone who is interested in professional music production.

I really enjoy learning from Russ. He is good at relating things back to a way I can understand and improve. He is so versatile in his music knowledge that I can litterally throw anything his way that I'm curious about and he points me in the right direction. I've taken guitar, bass, vocal, and even production lessons from Russ. By far the most value I have ever got from an instructor. At first I was a little hesitant because of the higher price than others, but when you start noticing that you are learning stuff other teachers had no idea about, it makes sense to pay a little more for the quality you get out of his lessons. Thanks Russ for all the lessons over the last few years! Wouldn't be where I am today without ya!

6 Tools to Learn Piano at Home
Piano may be one of the toughest instruments to learn, because of all the multitasking required! While most schools have classes to teach students band instruments or stringed instruments, few schools offer piano instruction. This means that most piano students learn how to play at home and in private piano lessons, instead
