I started with Patty's classes in 2001. I was 51 years old and getting pretty beat up by Menopause
and Endometriosis in particular. I was a Jogger for many years but needed to add a good class with
weights and high and low impact exercise to really get into good shape. My best friend recommended
Patty's Classes and rest as they say is History.

Everyone knows that Exercise is critical to good health and if you have any chronic conditions is it
especially important !! Patty's training sessions are the best I have ever gone to - in addition to the exercises, the knowledge
she has imparted to all of us has been just as rewarding. I schedule everything "around" my training.
because I never want to miss and the older I get the more critical it is for me !

It is not an exaggeration by any stretch of the imagination when I say that her training session have saved my life
because it is literally true. I had a serious illness a few years ago that took such a physical toll that there
is no way I could have survived it had I not been in the best physical shape of my life and that was at age 60 !
Oh and her Boot Camp class is the best ever - hands down.

When I began to train with Patty I was a vending machine addict. Patty helped me kick my habit! I would buy 4 pops a day @ $1.25. This added up to $100 a month. I would also buy other vending machine items, totaling up to an additional $40.00 a month.
My work junk food vending machine habit ran me $140.00 a month...which pays for over half of what I spend in training with Patty! When people tell me I must be rich to have a trainer, I tell them "I just stopped eating and drinking crap and it pays for my sessions"...people don't realize how much they spend on junk food....hope this helps someone else! What makes the Skype workout so convenient is, that I can literally get up, go to the living room and start my workout. I do not have to leave my home and that makes it so much easier to continue on with exercise. It is the perfect amount of working out. Yoga and meditation have been in my life for ten years. After training and being certified with a Yoga Alliance school, I started teaching six years ago. I love teaching beginners and using therapeutic modifications to safely engage with injuries.

“I've tried to learn English for a long time and, though I learned a big amount of words , I wasn't able of having a short conversation with nobody. Teacher Beverly have been making a great job by identifying my difficulties and then working hard straight on it at abslutely enjoyable online classes. I'm really happy because in a few time I've improved my English skills as I've never did before, nevertheless I'm sure that there are so much to be learnt from her yet.”

My english is very poor, but beverly is great, I do not understand, she will say over and over again, let me understand. Heather Becker is 30 years old and has had 23 years experience participating in various forms of fitness and two and a half years experience teaching pole dance techniques. At the age of 8, she started baseball with the Boys and Girls Club (5 years), she spent summers in her hometown participated in city sports (tennis, wrestling, track & field), cheered at the local football clinic (2 yrs), middle school (1 yr) and high school (1 yr), ran long distance track in high school (5 yrs), ran cross-country in high school (4 yrs), and wrestled in high school (5 yrs). At ages 7 & 8, Heather was a baton twirler in numerous parades.

Heather is a US Army Veteran and thus has 2 years experience with Army fitness, team management, and leading group fitness.

In 2015, during a transformative time in her life, Heather fell in love with the pole and
found herself engrossed in the performance aspect. Her journey lead her to a change of life and she lost 50 lbs, and despite being an athlete throughout school, became the fittest she had ever been. After two years as a performing artist and dancer, she became determined to help others realize their fitness goals while having fun and expressing themselves through dance. She now teaches pole fitness and dance.

Heather has been teaching calisthenics classes since July 29, 2017 and has had four years experience guiding meditation.

She plans to have a facility one day where she can continue her mission to encourage a fit life, body confidence, and self-expression, by addressing the "whole" of a person, "mind, body & soul."

I've taken both pole and calisthenics classes with Heather and have enjoyed both very much. She always helps me push a bit out of my comfort zone in order to strengthen myself and my body, but never gives me more than I can handle physically. I'll continue going to her as long as she is a teacher and motivator and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help with their fitness, pole, and well-being needs.

Growing up in a boxing family I was no stranger to martial arts and fitness. Over the years I have trained, competed, practices, and taught.

As a martial artist I understand we are all different and move different. Students can expect that I will push them to their limits while finding what fits them best. How can we cature your style of moving to fit your martial art grow from there. We are all capable of great things, the journey is what we have to find.

As an Arial silk artist I trained for 5 years and myself a performer. I have worked with circus groups and can give you an experience to learn endurance, strength and most of my students are able to learn 1 to 2 new skills per lesson.

When it comes to fitness I will push us to reach our goals. This is a team effort. I will train with you side by side. We will make a plan for short a
nd long term goals. Diet is important but catered to muscle building, energy and endurance, or weight less.

Self defense comes with very specific skills of training. Recommended tools for defending yourself and how to use them. I give advice in this session and we are constantly moving. We should not expect to break out a big sweat in this session however the goal is to prevent yourself from being in a fight longer than a few seconds.
