ART: I love making art accessible to everyone. I am passionate about helping people get in touch with the artist that lives within them. Many people think they're "not good at art" but my philosophy is that you can be good at art as long as it makes you feel something. If you enjoy it, that's good enough! I am currently teaching 8 adult students. My students range from 5 years old to 80! I have a Fine Arts degree from Loyola University and have over 20 years of teaching art one on one. I have taught art in home school settings for the Elgin school district in Illinois. I’m currently looking towards becoming the artist in residence for the Hillsboro elementary school district working with underserved students through an arts grant. I am also the artist in residence for Current Theatrics out of Vegas and have worked as a photographer, graphic designer, web designer, set designer and prop master. COOKING: I have a Chef certification from the Wellspring Wellness Institute. I also have 20 years of providing one on one cooking classes. Classes will be tailored to your skill level, ability and palate preferences. I have a more, "real life/conversational" teaching. Classes will be tailored to your skill level and ability.
