HI there! My name is Tanna and I am professional photographer with an emphasis on children and pets. I can teach you how to easily use your DSLR (digital) camera to capture your special moments, without having to learn advanced techniques or art history lessons. Maybe you just got a new "big" camera for your birthday and can't wait to take some professional photos but you have no idea where to start! You tried taking photos of your kids and your dog but they just come out dark, blurry, or out of focus. I can help you with that! This class is geared towards beginners that want to take professional looking photos with a digital camera without sitting through college courses. You may use a DSLR or a point-and-shoot. We will go over the basic functions of your digital camera and how to take photos using Manual and Semi-Automatic modes. I have taught kids and adults of all ages and I will give you custom handouts to take home so you don't forget what you've learned in the lesson. I always recommend at least two lessons, the first lesson is geared towards learning how to use your camera and the second lesson is actually taking it out and using it with my guidance.
