Technical Drawing Skills.
Over the past 10 years I've studied the secrets of using 2D mediums in order to create the optical illusion of Hyper-Realism. Along the way I have picked up several techniques and strategies that can not only help someone improve their ability to draw photo-realistic images, but also their ability to improve the technical quality of any piece of work (2D or not).
My classes are for anyone looking to improve. From kids with a budding interest in art to artists looking to grow their techniques.
I am a very goal-based teacher. At the start of my lessons I plan long-term and short-term goals with my students.
No matter what your goal is let's dauntlessly forge toward it together!

About Ty'Jayh E.

Hi, my name is Ty'Jayh Elliott or Ai Renjin (from a time when i lived in China). I'm an illustrator who studied at the Cleveland Institute of Art.

I spend most of my time creating. Drawings of course, but also liquid nitrogen ice cream at Piccadilly Artisan Creamery and custom desktops that are both works of art and functional computers.

I've spent the past five years sharing my knowledge with others, both as a freelance teacher to other illustrators, and professionally as a teacher to students ages 5-15. I've worked as an assistant teacher at the Cleveland Institute of Art to middle school students as part of the institute's young artist program and I spent a semester of college as one of the only art teachers at Richmond Heights Elementary School.

While I've worked with most 3D mediums, and almost all 2D mediums (including digital ones). I specialize in graphite, charcoal, ink and colored pencil and I am most experienced with drawing realism.

Despite that, I'm confident in my ability to help all artists of all ages who want to create anything.
