If you are looking to improve your portrait skills then this is the course for you. It doesn’t matter if you are new to portraiture or have lots of experience there is something in this course for you. After completion you will come away with new skills and inspiration. The material covered in this course focuses on outdoor portraiture and the practice sessions will be held in a local park. Topics covered will include selecting a location, posing techniques, proper lighting, ethical behavior, equipment selection and interacting with the subject. You will receive hands on experience with a model in a local area park. You will also have the opportunity to receive helpful hints on how to improve even further based on the work done in the session. Upon completion the participant will have several images added to their portfolio that can be used in promoting their services as a portrait photographer. People under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
