Hi! I am so excited to bring the art of tangling to you! I am a Certified Zentangle®️ Teacher and love teaching kids to silver-seniors 🌞. I retired from Occupational Therapy after 25 years and decided to explore different art forms. I discovered tangling and became addicted! It is so much fun, and it has lots of benefits, too. Studies are showing that it truly has a zen-like quality in helping people with anxiety, pain management, stress reduction, increased handwriting and fine motor coordination as well as attention to detail and concentration. The beauty of this is that you do not need to be an "artist" to enjoy it....if you can write I, C, S, and O you can do it....really!
