Having over 15 years experience as a painter and illustrator I begin teaching the basics: color theory, brush techniques and shading. After the first few lessons you'll be able to properly light a scene and understand proper color mixing. Eventually students will be able to paint a scene using light and dark and convey depth within their work.

I am a maker/ illustrator/ designer having worked in graphic design & illustration for four years. I am a graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art where I earned my BFA in Illustration and Art History.
