My personal experience as an Athlete and Musician has given me the gift of learning how to relentlessly pursue a craft and goals. I've dedicated countless hours to my craft as a basketball player and exceeded my potential. I took the long route to become a Division 1 Basketball Player. Along the way, some great coaches gave me the framework, resources, tools, love, and positive energy I needed to learn the game and develop self-confidence on and off the court. My reason for offering these lessons is to give you these same things.
Basketball saved my life. It provided needed structure for me as my family faced unexpected tragedy. My love for the game led me down the path of becoming a coach. I made the unlikely transition from a student assistant to a scholarship athlete as a player on Western Michigan University's Men's Basketball Team. This game is a major protective factor. It's beautiful, poetic, and joyful when played with passion and freedom. The game teaches valuable ...

My personal experience of Tai Chi Chuan have two different ways training model. first Zen Fit, For the people who don't want spend a yearly time just focus on tai chi forms,Zen Fit base on Tai Chi Chuan, but easier,we only focus on few movements on the class, and you will still get what you look for such as improve balance, body coordinate ability, great option for beginner level.2,Tradition Tai Chi training, this type of training normal take a little long to get into the great Tai Chi experience, but for the time you spend, worth it,not only learn Tai Chi forms, you will also learn Tai chi skill, culture, such as Ying/Yang,some of people very into the Tai chi Culture, they enjoy to spend more time to learn tai chi,and this is the one you are looking for. Tai Chi for senior and for chair is also different between Tai Chi fit and Tradition Tai Chi.

Hu was a great instructor. He broke down the poses so even beginners like me can follow easily.
Our company is completely 100% remote. Learning tai chi definitely helps our posture and lack of movement from sitting in front of our computers all day. Our entire staff loved the session. Thank you so much, Hu!

I am so excited that I made the decision to join.
I joined because I wanted to learn how to reduce chronic pain without the use of opioids. I highly recommend that everyone learn about the healing benefits of Tai Chi & Qigong.
Ron is very passionate about helping everyone enhance their overall well-being. All the other students are warm and engaging. Great environment ; no judgement.
There are other Tai Chi Studios but only one Ron Pfeiffer. Why settle for the rest when you can experience the very best at Midwest Tai Chi.
In the past I experienced Tai Chi by someone in another state whom was not Certified and didn't know what they were doing. It was not a good experience for me. Stay away from people whom are not certified and properly trained!
Which is why I praise Ron because he is professional, certified and his training has impacted my health very positively. I am learning about proper balance, deep breathing techniques, mindfulness, clarity and focus. My sleep is also improving. Which is an added benefit that will help me to continue to heal."
