Maggie is an incredible teacher! My daughter has been taking lessons with her for 3 months now and she has improved so much. My daughter is in high school and has been playing for a few years now. She wanted to be more serious so we started taking lessons with Maggie. She has so much fun every lesson and I can hear her improve every time she practices after a lesson. Maggie makes playing the bass so fun. My daughter is always so excited and I can’t wait to see where this will lead to next.

Maggie has expert knowledge about the double bass from studying with members of the best orchestras in the US. Her teaching lead me to achieve things on the instrument that I didn't know I could do. I highly recommend her as a teacher!

First time playing piano? Resuming after years (decades?) of not playing the piano? No matter your age or experience, you can always learn and improve!

Pop songs, jazz ballads, classical pieces, or movie/game themes, there must be something you are interested in playing and get better!

About Bill

I have always been a self-studier in my entire life. Being able to learn with just books and your brain is a crucial skill to have! However, I know not everyone (and sometimes even myself) have the discipline and motivation to keep going during hard times. This is where a tutor would come in handy.

Had played piano when I was young, and missed playing it. Bill is an excellent motivator and helped me enjoy practicing again and playing new pieces!

Throughout my classes with Alexandra -- she was kind, insightful, and encouraging. Before my lessons I had no formal training in music, sight-reading, or piano performance. I took the lessons to prepare myself for higher music education at Salem State University, and after the lessons I was able to pass my audition and continue on with the necessary knowledge to grow. Her way of teaching is free of pretentiousness and apathy. She is really an excellent instructor.

David is awesome!! He tailors lessons to fit your musical preference but also takes you out of your comfort zone to challenge you and help one build confidence...in three short lessons I've learned so much! Not just technically, but personally as well. Great teacher, fun sessions, highly recommend

"Stephanie has been the best singing teacher I could have asked for. She is extremely positive, motivating, and driven to help her students succeed. It is precisely her good nature that has made me want to work harder and not disappoint her. She has a way of teaching to individualize it to how I learn. After just three-four lessons with her I am already singing vastly better than ever before and with much more confidence. Sometimes in life you make gut decisions and I will never regret that I made that decision to take lessons with Stephanie."
