Yin Yoga and breath work. Yin is a type of yoga that concentrates on not the muscles of the body but the tendons and ligaments. Students will be holding the poses for about three (3) to five (5) minutes while focusing on their breathing techniques. A beautiful practice on working on being calm and focused.
