Ciao/ Hello! My name is Francesca. I was born and raised in Italy. I have been teaching Italian since 2008 at levels ranging from beginner to advanced and to all ages. My lessons are fun, dynamic, and flexible. They intended to develop speaking, listening, writing and reading skills and offer fun conversation on a variety of topics. Students learn the language through practical examples of daily life situations. Each lesson can be tailored to the students’ needs. I have also tailored my lessons for students that want to learn the Italian language for traveling purposes. Learning a language goes hand in hand with understanding the culture. My lessons are focused on using the Italian culture to provide the setting that helps the students learn the language and feel comfortable and confident when speaking to native Italian speaking persons.

Conversation is in my opinion the most efficient method for remembering words long term and also the best method to learn grammar without stress. I am an Italian native speaker and through my teaching style I intend to boost your motivation to continue learning.

I am Helena and I am an Italian Native Tutor from Italy. I currently live in LA. My education is related to the international communication and marketing field. In 2008 I got a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language and International Communication at the University of Catania, Italy and In 2011 I got a Master's Degree in Brand Management and Communications at the IULM University in Milan, Italy. I have worked for different companies, in Italy and abroad, in the communication and marketing field. From 2013 to 2015 I have worked in a Hospitality Consulting Agency in Catania, where I was in charge of the communication and online marketing strategies, after this experience I decided to move to US, San Diego, in June 2015 and I worked in a Marketing Agency as Social Media Manager for almost 2 years. I am Italian native speaker and in addition to my primary job in marketing I have been worked as Italian teacher for the past 8 years. I tutor both online, through skype or other platforms, and in person, with students of different background, languages and ages. I teach one to one classes and also group classes, from 2 people to groups of several people. I have worked in Italy, France and US. I started teaching foreigners friends who lived in Catania, my city, and who wanted to learn the language while living there. I continued in France and US with French and American people who wanted to learn italian mostly to travel to the country and be able to speak the language. I found it a very interesting and educational experience and I kept doing it for many years.
