Ariel is a great teacher. He is patient and he encouraged in a great way. I am very happy and your school should be very proud to count with such a great teacher. I am a true beginner and he gave me vocal and breathing exercises that will hopefully lead me to tune and sing. I am a teacher of English and my goal is not to perform . However I realized that singing is a very relaxing and therapeutic hobby. thanks a lot!!

My 13 year old daughter has been taking singing lessons from Ariel. He is an excellent teacher, very meticulous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him!

My teaching curriculum emphasizes on proper breathing and vocal placement to ensure vocal improvement within a few weeks of lessons. All of these terms may sound scary, but I believe that singing should be a joyful experience and one that will be a positive change in your life and those around you. I teach all genres of music and specialize in audition preparation. I want my students to reach their musical potential and aspirations while having a blast.

Bebé is great, hands down, I have so much fun in every lesson and actually feel like I am growing as as singer. She takes the time to make sure that I understand each exercise and feel comfortable singing.

Fine. Didn’t fill lessons to fullest. Felt like exercises followed a regimen instead of doing exercises best for the student. Don’t think she fully listened to me singing.
Michael T.
I SUCK at singing and to be honest I thought that I would never be able to sing. I got tired of hiring singers for my music and woke up one day and said to myself that I would take lessons instead and after searching I had a resonating feeling with Bebe's personality and I was right. I have had some major improvements, those of you that think that you can't sing don't fret about it trust the process. I wanted to try out take lessons for a little bit and then call it a day but now I know that I will be sticking around because not only are the lessons helpful their super fun! Thank you, Bebe! You are awesome! <3

I am a great communicator of what you need to start singing better immediately. Sensing what’s happening inside your Voice and body as you sing is an inmate specialty of mine. As I share that ability with you during our lessons, you will understand immediately how to correct any singing problems you may have. Your results, as others, will be instantaneous dramatic improvements for your singing voice.

The virtue of patience has been gifted to me and it’s easy for me to nurture your voice, no matter how young or old, to achieve fine vocal skills, great stage presence and a solid confidence to boost.

As long as you practice, you will see weekly improvements. With your consistency in attending your lessons, you will reach your singing goals like so many of my other students.

I look forward to working with you and seeing you (and others that hear you) be amazed at your singing progress!

Hello fellow singers! My goal is to help you refine your own unique instrument and help you to express a story and art through the voice!

I grew up taking piano lessons and singing in my church and school choir. I always had a love for all classical music and soon enough fell in love with opera! I begin taking classical voice lessons at the age of 15 and soon realized that my heart and soul belonged to opera and had to continue my studies a lot more in depth.

I went to UCLA where I received my Bachelor of Arts with my emphasis in Opera Performance. Throughout the years spent at UCLA, I not only continued to sing with choral groups, but also performed in every opera. I sang one of the principles roles in Ravel's L'enfant et les sortilèges, and sang one of the principles roles in many opera scenes such as Dorabella from Così fan tutte, Mercedes in Carmen, Second Lady in The Magic Flute, Nerone in L'incorazione di Poppea.

Since I graduated college I have collaborated with ...

The voice is the grandest instrument of all instruments. For 20 years, Steven B is one of the best instructors out there. He teaches in students’ homes across the United States as easily as in the Coronado Music Studio. Provide teaching at all stages. All skill levels taught. Complete beginners are welcome. Mr. Bruce intersects methodologies of Bel Canto, Alexander's technique, and the secrets of singing. By the way, Alexander’s technique can bring back to health a damaged speaking voice, as well as keeping the singer’s voice sound and pain free. Broken down, singing involves three areas: mind, technique, and performance. There are many technical concepts to train in singing. From vowel shapes, to understanding consonants, to landing gently on high notes. Great technique leads to great expression. Steven B is skilled in educating a student for an audition or performance. The chief purpose of singing is to bring oneself joy. Prepare to learn a lot and have fun!

During my time with students, I strive to assist them in taking risks, discovering the joy of music, and making progress with their singing. No matter what their goals are- All-State Choir, opera, musical theatre, or just having fun, I love helping them reach them. By looking at different genres of vocal music, we will focus on many different aspects of singing, from music theory, to expressive performance, to the foundation of healthy singing.

I believe that every student is unique and learns in his or her own way. Therefore, I tailor the pace and focus of lessons on each student’s interests and abilities. I believe it is integral for all students to have an understanding of music theory and therefore, work on theory and sight-reading. In addition, I think a well-rounded musical education is key, and work on an array of genres with my students including folk songs, art songs, and musical theatre. Students will work on 2-5 songs at once, and will consider a song "learned" once ...

"I received classes from Rosita a couple years ago. Her methods that she has taught me followed me. Now that I live in New York her voice is still in my head. I know that sounds a little creepy but it's like having your mom's voice in your head before you do something. Through her classes I'm definitely more confident not only in singing but in myself. Out of all the teachers I have had and if you live in LA she is the only one I will recommend. Book her now! She teaches more than just singing, she teaches you how to be you and not be scared about it! Thanks Rosita for everything!!!!"

"Melanie is an absolutely incredible vocal teacher/coach. I noticed a change in my voice after just the first lesson. Her vast knowledge of the anatomy used to create vocal sounds combined with the techniques she teaches has definitely improved my voice. She taught me how to belt and showed me the difference between my belt and my mix, which was beyond helpful. She also taught me how to sing in my head voice in a healthier and more effective way. And on top of that, she has a mental library full of great song recommendations for my individual voice. Can't wait until our next lesson!"

"I have Molly R. to thank for getting me out of my fear of singing. At first, I was so nervous that I couldn't even sing along to the radio with my friends! I met her through a class with Boldly Me, and then ended up taking lessons with her to prepare for my first big audition with StarStruck (I know right? I love performing but I get shy about singing). Though I didn't get in, she had given me that boost of confidence and the arsenal of skills/tricks that I needed to keep trying. I worked with her again to audition for Stage1's "Seussical"- and got in as the "lead Wickersham"!!
Molly has helped me with so much; she teaches you beyond what you could expect of yourself and guides you to your fullest potential.. all while keeping it fun and comfortable!! Molly doesn't just help you learn how to sing, she helps you learn to love to sing."

Want to Someday Star On Broadway? 3 Tips from an Expert

Dreaming about someday starring on the Broadway stage? Here, Los Angeles, CA teacher Meredith P. shares her expert tips to help you get there...   As an audience member, you can sit back and relax at a Broadway show, and not truly understand the work that it takes to get to that coveted stage and the tremendous blood, sweat, and tears that go into each performance.
