Hi, there! My name is Duanika and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2014 and love helping my students learn to cook, bake, and love what they create. I attended Kellogg College in Battle Creek, Mi and majored in Business and Psychology, my many years of culinary experience comes from working with trained chefs and cooks from all over. I'm an extrovert that loves my job and the people I get to inspire. My teaching style is simple, cook, have fun, and be happy. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.

In this class, you'll make your own delicious buttercream frosting and learn the best way to ice a cupcake. You will also learn how to pipe lettering onto cakes so you can spell "happy birthday" across your cupcakes.

Learn to make gorgeous wedding cupcakes using starburst candies(yes I did), gumpaste, and buttercream.
Tools-flower cutters, pastry bag, decorating tips, toothpicks,food coloring, any candy decor, gumpaste, starburst, buttercream, or ready made frosting, any flavor cupcakes.
This is a student hands-on class, students may also take notes for later preparation.

I have ongoing classes with this lady, she is remarkable. My favorite class is Cheesecakes, what she can do with cream cheese is amazing.

Shes very kind and helpful and i learned how to bake some quality goodies!
