My daughter loves Lilia!
Jacob S.
She came prepared and was accommodating. Lilia showed patience with my son with autism, which I appreciated and was relieved to see. She also has great pedagogical knowledge of how to instruct a child in piano.
Nikki
She does "unclean" vocals in her band, Karkaza but is super knowledgeable on regular singing. After only a couple months, I'm beginning to see some progress despite my years singing improperly.

I always say a good teacher CAN do instead of the age old saying those who cant do teach. Louise CAN actually do all the things I am working on. With vocals I find this so helpful! She can actually show me how to belt high notes, show me how to sing whistle tones. Show me correct mouth position and vocal technique. I have learned so much from her and cant wait to continue to take lessons from her. Its an easy choice, she is amazing!

Zachary has such a positive and encouraging way with our son. He is clearly a very talented musician -- yet he is humble and has said he is always still learning all the time. From the first lesson, he provided persistent guidance for improving with patience and compassion. He is a gifted teacher. We are very happy to have found him!

Developing our ears is a crucial part of nurturing our musicianship. Having the ability to hear specific aspects of music allows us to strengthen our understand and appreciation of music.

Like my trombone lessons, ear training lessons will start by solidifying (or reviewing) fundamentals. Once established, we will build upon those fundamental skills to further develop our musical ear.

I could tell Paul definitely knew all the tiny details about mastering the trombone since the first lesson. He recognized what I needed to improve upon in order to reach my goals in a timely manner, armed me with the tools to do so, and I have no doubt that I will achieve those goals as the lessons progress.

Your Cheat Sheet for Singing High Notes

The "VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul" concert aired last night, featuring performances by Kelly Clarkson, Mary J. Taking voice lessons and finding out your own vocal range can be an exciting process - but if you're ready to take it the next level (literally), you'll need to k …
