I have been playing violin for 5 years ( viola for 14 years), and I specialize in all experience levels of students. I am highly trained in music theory, technique, and improvisation, and whether you want to learn basic string technique, play a Bach sonata, or learn how to improvise in a complex tune, I can help! I am very open to any ideas and desires my students have, and I strive to make learning music both fun and rewarding for the student. I teach using the Suzuki method, rhythmic training, pop music songs, and various supplementary technique books to enhance and round out the learning experience of each of my students. I also have an open schedule to cater to your time constraints, so let’s get started!

It's been a great experience for both of us. Krisztina is really adept at engaging him. She knows that little kids have short attention spans and makes her lessons fun. She can read him well and she is really good at incorporating characters and toys he likes into the lesson to keep it interesting for him.
It's been wonderful for me too to be able to learn the violin at the same time and for us to practice and play together., Krisztina is able to seamlessly teach and challenge both of us during the same session in spite of our age difference.
We started out with in-person lessons and switched to online classes as the pandemic set in. I'm grateful that we can continue despite the the social distancing mandate."
