Lilan is an excellent piano instructor with her professional skills and years of playing experience. She provided me with practical guidance on my playing skills as well as the emotion in the performance with her on-stage performance experience. She is also a responsible instructor. She will play the chapter by herself to let me better understand the performance. Thanks to her professional instructions and patience, my playing skills have been improved a lot. I will recommend Lilan to everyone who would like to expect an improvement on their playing skills as well as receiving great instruction experience.

Corey was a great instructor for my 4th grader. We wanted him to keep up with his clarinet lessons over Summer break. My son gets very easily frustrated when he struggles and Corey handled it all very well, always giving a new suggestion on what he could do to improve. In just 5 short lessons, Corey helped my son with his embouchure, finger placement, tounging and my son was finally able to play his B and C notes. That had really been holding him back from playing lots of music. Highly recommended!

Mr. Ames is an amazing teacher! He helped me land a spot in the all district band my freshman year in high school and constantly pushed me to strive and be my best. I highly recommend him for anyone that is looking to have fun and be a better clarinet player.

"I'm a 55 yr old female that hasn't taken voice lessons in the last 20+ years. From that time until recently I would just do karaoke off and on. I started taking lessons with Tanisha about seven months ago. She is the absolute best thing that has ever happened to my voice. Initially I just wanted to learn how to use my "alto" voice more effectively. I avoided singing soprano songs because it was very uncomfortable and it didn't sound right to me. But to my surprise Tanisha convinced me that I am in deed a first soprano. She started working with me on my singing with much attention on my upper range. Thanks to Tanisha, for the first time in my life I have started feeling like a real singer! She has truly taken me places vocally that I could have only dreamed of going. Even when I sing lower it sounds tons better. I practice consistently because I'm so excited about all of the progress I have made in just a seven month period. And I am just blown away that I have those high notes now! When it comes to the voice Tanisha is definitely a miracle worker! On top of that she has this bubbly personality and from the day that I met her I felt like I've been knowing her for years. She's like a new best friend!"

"I have been taking piano lessons with Asuka over six months. I have learned so much. She is a very patient and informative instructor. I thought when I first started that I would never be able to grasp the concept of the piano keys. She made that part of all my lessons very comfortable and made me work to repeat what I was taught. Practice, practice, practice is her motto. I continued to do lessons because she made it fun and I was not afraid to make mistakes. Her confidence in me to do it until I got it made me work that much harder. Piano will now become my hobby due to a very good teacher. I appreciate the way she took time to teach and give constructive insight. Piano is not easy but it is easy for me to attempt to play. None of this would be possible without a great teacher."

Over time, Eric has gotten better at teaching me and getting me closer to where I want to be. "Peter is very patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. He is very analytical in his teaching. I am a new student (only a few lessons) and I am confident he will be able to provide the critical but positive instruction and encouragement that I need. His enthusiasm and passion for music is contagious. In fact, he gives detailed oral histories and music theory explanations related to the topic of the lesson. Most teachers boot you out when time is up - not Peter - he always finishes on the right note. Plus he has an adorable cat assistant, Rory, as a side kick."

"While I had previous experience playing an instrument MANY years ago, I never played the piano and started taking lessons with Lori as an adult. In almost no time I was able to read the bass clef (left hand) notes and within the year I had learned all the scales (majors and relative minors - both harmonic and melodic) and arpeggios (root and inversions). I was also playing "real" pieces of music.

Lori stresses good technique and good practice habits and can suggest more than one way to master a concept. She also makes learning the piano fun."
