The beginning of Mike Sheldon's art career starts when he was a child. He then attended Illinois Central College soon after he graduated from high school in 1980. He studied photography and interior decorating at the college. Throughout his life he kept returning to school to study art. Mike went on to study fine arts at Famous Artist Schools. Later in his career he enrolled at Penn Foster Career College and Ashworth College to study Graphic Design. He has been accepted in several international exhibits and competitions. He was asked by the Pinellas County School Board to be a guest speaker and teach middle grade students. They gave him a certificate for teaching at the schools for two consecutive years. His latest achievement with art is when he won an international merit award for excellence in contemporary art. Mike started his art business about 25 years ago and has evolved today into a well rounded successful art business. He now owns his business under the name of One Stop Art Shop. Thank You Mike
