I can provide you with constructive critique as you progress in your work. This also helps motivate students to take a step back and objectively look at where they are now and how far they have come with their work. As a person who is constantly evolving as an artist myself, it is important to bounce ideas off of others to help you improve and get a better understanding on how to develop your own style with your art.

I enjoy the impact art of any kind has on society and others. Art can be used to communicate many things and in many different forms. Also art is subjective and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not everyone will love your art expression but it is important that you're passionate about your work.

I enjoy learning through interactions with others and the way they perceive their surroundings. My passion for art started when I was very young.

Currently I am the author and illustrator and designer behind a brand of children's products. My background experience includes: illustration, graphic design, textile design, apparel design, technical design and marketing.

About Heather T.

Hello and how may I help you achieve your goals as an artist? Here are a few interesting facts about me.

I have taught Drawing, Illustration and Computer Design courses at the college level in the past. I enjoy watching my students progress as they work through each class project. Your progress is dependent upon how much you put into the class as well as what you receive from each lesson I provide to you. I like to discuss where you are as an individual artist and then we can start where you are and move onward from your level.

Currently I am the author and illustrator and designer behind the brand whirlykidde children's products. My background experience includes: illustration, graphic design, textile design, apparel design, technical design and marketing. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and an Associates of Applied Science in Design too. Please see my experience in my bio for more information on my experience. I can send you a link to my online portfolio for your review if you send me a direct message through Take Lessons.

I look forward to meeting with you and creating beautiful pieces!
Heather
