Painting with Alexandra R.

I'm a Brooklyn-based conceptual artist with a focus in oil painting. My work is representational and largely figurative, weaving traditional style with contemporary ideas. I received my BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, a program that put heavy emphasis on conceptual development, and I'm a strong proponent for both technique and content. I have shown my work in US and internationally, and was even once featured on Bill Maher! I love what i do, and want to share the joy of painting with others. And be the next Bob Ross.
