An exercise we go through each quarter here at TakeLessons is deciding how to expand into new metro areas. There are over 900 of them, so we have to be judicious in how we do expand – especially with limited human and financial capital.
So, here's Chuck's formula on how we're deciding our key cities for Q3 and Q4. I have to admit, we really love figuring out problems, so this is a lot of fun for us! Some call us extreme nerds, others geniuses. I'm not sure which is more accurate. 🙂
