Held together a high school quartet ("Sixteen Strings") from 2003 to 2005; led and brought the quartet to CMEA (California Association for Music Education) competitions, earning Superior rankings for all performances.

As part of the Notre Dame Symphony Orchestra, I have toured in the Midwest, Florida, Guatemala, and at Carnegie Hall with the Chieftains in New York. Also recorded with the Notre Dame Folk Choir on their album "Songs of Saints and Scholars".

Began violin lessons at age 8.
At age 15 was accepted into the elite program at the School of Music in Odessa, Ukraine.
Continued on to one of the premier music Universities in the world: Kiev State Conservatory, where I received a Masters degree in Teaching and Performing arts.
Throughout my higher education I have held Violin Instructor positions first at the Kiev Music School and then at the Conservatory.

My Professional Career in Ukraine and USA includes performance with numerous symphony and chamber groups, such as Kiev Chamber Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Opera, San Jose Symphony.
I am passionate and dedicated to my Art which is reflected in my teaching style and in the results my students consistently achieve.

Childhood teacher, Bernice Goldman, studied at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music along with Isaac Stern from their teacher, Naom Blinder.
Adult teacher, William Barbini, studied with Galamian at Eastman and several other teachers at Juilliard, including the co-concertmaster of the legendary NBC Orchestra under the direction of Arturo Toscanini. Mr. Barbini performed with the New York Philharmonic for 28 years under the direction of Pierre Boulez and Zubin Mehta.

Educated in Russia, St. Petersburg Mussorgsky School of Music, classically trained, with over 20 years of teaching experience, in addition to violin I teach Music Theory, Music History, Sight Reading and Ear Training to children and adults of beginning to advanced level. I utilize several teaching methods to best suit the needs of a student and make lessons enjoyable and productive. I introduce my students to a variety of styles while teaching classical techniques for lifetime skills. In addition to teaching, I play with South Bay Philharmonic,Campbell String Orchestra, and an instrumental Ensemble featuring Klezmer Music, Russian Tangos, Brazilian Choros, and Astor Piazzolla.
