About Me
Chrissy has expressed her passion and enjoyment of music through teaching students for the past several years. She encourages her student’s to be creative and excited about music. She believes music should be about self-expression and lessons should be tailored to the student’s interest while keeping the fundamentals and key elements of music at the forefront. Chrissy has been involved with music her entire life. She started out singing at the age of nine and was known as the little girl with the big voice. She also began playing the piano the same year and continued on to learn guitar at age eleven. Chrissy has been classically trained in guitar, piano, and voice by Towson University professors as well as Peabody graduates. During Chrissy’s high school years, she was a member of every music honor choir and the classical guitar ensemble.
