About Me
Hello, My name is John.
I can benefit you as a student with my experience and great attitude. My general teaching philosophy is to get the students to set goals for themselves and together, work towards those goals. I emphasize the importance of music theory, technique and aural skills. If you would like to know more about my personal experience, keep reading my biography below!

Corinne B, Julia's problem...he-he-he
Julia is always complaining that her fingers hurt and she can't practice. I've suggested she practice in 5 minute increments but overall it's not working because she's not getting her practicing in. Our "rule" is that each child must play an instrument through high school as part of their education. I don't want her to be discouraged so I'm not sure if another guitar is the right answer? Do you have any advise? How much would we be talking about? Could we get something used? I appreciate your thoughts. And BTW she thinks you're the best!
