Discovering a love for the piano, guitar, and bass in his youth, Isaac began performing in coffee shops and jazz clubs at the age of 15, quickly becoming one of the most sought-after young musicians in Westchester County. While still in high school, Isaac had the opportunity to study with jazz legend John Patitucci. Isaac's selection for New York's prestigious All-State Festival came as no surprise.

Isaac graduated from New York University's undergraduate jazz program in 2009, where he studied with many seminal jazz musicians including Ari Hoenig, George Garzone, Kenny Werner, Jean-Michel Pilc, and Martin Wind. Music and studying music has always been a passionate experience for me. I have been so blessed with the teachers and fellow musicians in my life. You should realize that your study of music may start with me, but it will last your entire lifetime. I'm originally from California. I have performances degrees from the Grove School, as well as San Diego State University.
I currently reside in New York City where I get the chance to play with some many great musicians. I have performed in great jazz clubs in New York, on Broadway, and performing arts centers across the country. I'm currently playing in many great performing ensembles. I have put out two CD's as a leader and played on multiple CD's for other artists.

Born in New York City and always surrounded by different music, Michael began studying at a very early age with the piano. Later on, he got serious with the upright and electric bass and got his degree from SUNY Purchase in jazz performance. At SUNY Purchase, Michael studied with some of the best teachers in New York such as Hal Galper, Todd Coolman, and Kermit Driscoll. He has a lot of experience as a performer in New York City as both a leader and a sideman in many different styles of music. His formal background is jazz but he can be seen regularly performing with pop, rock, hip hop, funk, and soul groups.

Music is therapeutic to my soul and essential to my everyday existence. Absorbed by it, I dedicate most of my energy toward creating, writing, and playing music. I am here to help you to do the same. I am fortunate and grateful to have worked with many of the world's most amazing and creative performers, artists, composers, and producers.  Because of this, I've learned to appreciate a diverse range of musical genres, while showing no bias toward any one musical form. After all, at the end of a piece of music, it's the listerner's personal feeling that will truly reflect their opinion.

Alex started his formal music education in the fourth grade where he first played trumpet in elementary school. After dabbliing with the piano and drums, he finally settled on bass just before his 20th birthday, while attending the University of New Hampshire. In less than two years, he earned a spot on the bass chair for the UNH Orchestra.

I am an upright bass, bass guitar and guitar player who performs almost 7 nights a week in NYC, and abroad. It is this practical knowledge and my great love of music that informs the way I teach. For me performing and teaching music is fun and inspiring. I want my students to have fun, be inspired and in a short time start gaining the skills needed to achieve their personal goals.
In addition to being a busy freelance musician I am co-leader of the popular jazz group Lapis Luna, and am a founding member of the rousing early jazz, swing and blues band The Blue Vipers of Brooklyn. I also find time to play in the double bass section with several of the great community orchestras in NYC performing timeless works from Bach to Bartok.
