About Me

My experience ranges over a span of 11 years. I grew up in the church playing on church music teams. I went on to continue drumming in my high school drumline at Liverpool High School in Liverpool, NY where I also contributed in Concert Band as well as Percussion Ensemble. During those years my fellow drummers/percussionists as well as myself went on to win many competitions achieving 1st place awards as well as "Best Drumline." Throughout my high school drumming career I achieved the "Most Improved Drummer" award. I have pre-season experience marching with the Syracuse Brigadiers of DCA. I continued my education on to College where I have studied a wide-range of musical genres including jazz, swing, latin, word beats, babinga, linear -drumming, etc. Through my education, training, and experience I have received a full endorsement with Risen Drums. About Me

Luke D. is currently finishing his Masters in Music Performance at the University of Minnesota. While at the UofM he has had the opportunity to participate in many wonderful chamber ensembles, master classes, and had a position with the St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra. He has received his Bachelor of Music Performance from the University of Louisville in KY where he won the Universities Concerto Competition in 2008 and 2009, playing works by Elgar and Bloch. Here he was a founding member of the Apolo Trio which was given grants from the University of Louisville to give concert and lecture performances in Costa Rica. In Costa Rica the trio had the opportunity to give lectures and performances at public schools which is something that he would like to focus on in the future. About Me

Hello, my name is Jimmy and I teach bass and guitar lessons. I also teach piano, but only a beginner level. I have been performing, recording, and writing music for over 15 years and can teach a wide variety of styles including rock, pop, blues, jazz, reggae, funk, latin, and many more. I have played in a range of different bands/artists throughout my career including such acts as The Fray, Rose Hill Drive, Flobots, Cary Brothers, Meese, Crosby Loggins, John Common, Hello Kavita, and many more. In addition, I have had the pleasure to play numerous gigs both nationally and around the world as well as popular TV shows such as Jay Leno, David Letterman, Conan O'Brian, Good Morning America, Ellen, Craig Ferguson, and many others. Hello, my name is Phong N., I'm a classically trained singer with a Bachelors degree in Voice Performance from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, a Masters degree in Voice Performance from the University of Minnesota, and also continuing with a Doctorate at UMN. I have studied in Italy for two summers at La Musica Lirica Young Artist Program. I have sung for The Atlanta Opera chorus, Capitol City Opera, and Minnesota Opera chorus. My performance experience is fairly vast and the stage is my favorite place to be.

Meet Stacy K B.: vocalist, guitar and piano player with over 10 years experience in the music performance business. Stacy K B. (better known as Stacy K) has been sharing her knowledge of music for over two years and is known for her energetic and creative approach to teaching lessons. Besides teaching, Stacy K also performs in original and cover bands throughout the Midwest. Stacy also has experience in writing original music, jingles, voice overs, and backup vocalists for various artists (in studio performances and live). About Me

I started singing when I was 5 years old. As my mother tells it, I used to stand on her footstool with her hairbrush and pretend I was Johnny Cash.

By the time I was 13, I had started taking voice and piano lessons. I never stopped. My passion for performing and hunger for knowledge grew from Classical music to Jazz, Blues, Pop, Rock, Folk, Broadway and, most recently, Hip-Hop.

My family loved to ask me to sing (this led to many embarrassing dinner parties and family reunions) I learned to love the audience and seek feedback from anyone who would listen.

I was active in choir and theater and won many awards in high school, including a prestigious invitation to participate in the 16 member Wisconsin All-State Honors Vocal Jazz Ensemble.
