My genres for performing are Classical, Broadway and 40's Jazz. I teach all the styles to my students: Pop, R&B, Rock, Country, Alternative, Broadway, Opera, Classical Sacred, and Contemporary Christian and Gospel.
I have been teaching and performing for over 35 years in my home studio in the Orlando area. I teach technique, all styles/genres, stage presence, mic technique, audition, & demo CD prep,and sight-singing, to ages 7 on up. I gear the lessons to the individual students' goals and needs. I am a 10+ year Music Industry veteran; I have toured/recording with many bands across the US for those years. I continue to do Studio Production and Audio Engineering; I also am a Music Director for several live acts. I have two little ones, whom I love, so I am comfortable teaching young ones as well. Focus is on guitar/bass, but if your child wants to learn MUSIC or MUSIC THEORY to play any instrument, I can teach that as well.
