Jonathan is a grateful, fun and energetic voice teacher! Having been a performer in venues all over Southern California starting with Performance Riverside reaching to the prestigious Musical Theater West in Long Beach, Jonathan has a passion for teaching young performers as well. Jonathan enjoys being a teacher around the Inland Empire having taught at Valencia Elementary School grades 1-6, Broadway Experience ages 10-18 and Fontana High School grades 9-12. Currently enrolled as a full time student, Jonathan too enjoys taking voice lessons regularly because “practice makes perfect!”

Nicole has been singing her entire life, and began training in high school in
1990. In 1997, she graduated from "Citrus Singers" at Citrus College,
where she received extensive training in vocal technique in a variety of
styles, from opera to pop, and Broadway to jazz. She is educated in
music theory and history, stage presence, dance, drama, etc. She has performed professionally in numerous musical
theater productions all over Southern California and beyond. She also
has lots of experience singing with live bands, and Christmas caroling
in various venues including Disneyland. All in all, she has over 18 years of vocal performance experience and seven years of teaching experience. Nicole has a lot to share with students who are serious about singing professionally, or students who just want to sing for fun!

As a vocal teacher I focus on the correct method to singing that helps keep your voice beautiful and healthy.
I earned my bachelors degree in music education with an emphasis in vocals. I learned music appreciation, theory, history, choral singing and classical voice training.
I love music and cannot picture life without it. Music is an expression of life! I also love to teach music to others as I feel I'm passing on a great gift.

I was trained abroad & performed to a variety of audiences of different cultures. My experiences helped me understand music as a passion & as a genre. It inspired me to share those skills & experiences to young students, musicians, actors and music enthusiasts to professional artists. Some of my students have joined competitions & talent shows, performing on tours as a professional, performed in front of family gatherings and in the shower! My name is Alice B. I've been playing piano for a total of 20 years and have been singing since before I can remember! I was Classically trained in piano from the age of six to eighteen and had the privilege to compete in various regional competitions throughout Southern California and perform in a number of recitals during that time. I studied voice for 3 years from the age of seventeen to twenty-one in both Classical and Contemporary/Jazz music. I had the amazing experience, 5 years ago, to record a 3-song demo and will hopefully get another opportunity to record again. I currently perform weekly at my church and music is my passion!!! Music to me, is a beautiful oxymoron - both intricate and simple! Intricate in its technicality...Simple in the emotional imprint it leaves behind!! As a teacher, my goal is to convey these elements and teach my students the importance of discipline, patience, determination, and hopefully open their eyes to the wonderful world of MUSIC!!

My passion for music is the most pervasive quality of my personality. Consequently, passing that passion on to others is what brings me the most joy in life. My goal is to spread the love and appreciation for this unique and transcending art form through guidance, performance, and instruction. As my student, you will receive exactly what you (or your child) want out of the lessons-you are the one controlling what you want from them (be it any style of music, professional track or just for fun, music theory, and performance) and I am there to provide it. Music is nothing short of extremely fun and completely liberating.

I have always loved to sing and play guitar and piano starting from a young age, and I never gave up my determination and passion for performing. In middle and high school I did many musicals (Jekyll and Hyde, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Oliver, Miss Saigon, Little Shop of Horrors, Footloose, Kiss Me Kate, and Cats) and sang in the choir...

I began singing at age 7 and have since developed interests in studying pop, rock, jazz, opera, acting, and musical theater. I have played leading roles in several operas and musicals in Southern California and I continue to perform and study music. I recently graduated from the University of Redlands- which I attended on a music scholarship- with my Bachelor's degree in Music. I have also done several concerts, opera scenes, competitions (winning music scholarships and theater awards), and worked as a singer at churches, restaurants, and performing bands. With this experience under my belt I feel a duty to pass on my knowledge to students. I carry a passion to help people develop their abilities and make them their own. I truly believe that if someone wants something out of life then they WILL achieve it with dedication, perseverance, confidence, and by having FUN doing it!

With many years of experience in both piano and vocal performance in Los Angeles and in England and my teaching in the Inland Empire, my students experience a rich and rewarding time of learning.

I received my formal education in piano performance from the Royal Academy Of Music in London and in Rhodesia. I also attended the Kwanagoma College Of music in Rhodesia and studied organ under the famous Dr. Olaff Axelson of Germany.

I also attended the University Of Redlands where I studied piano pedagogy.

I studied voice with Suzann Luckather of the Alhambra Academy Of Music in Los Angeles and also with Maestra Marya Basaraba, director of the California Philharmonic 200 voice chorus.

I further studied with the international vocal coach and concert pianist, Armin Gazulamian.

My current vocal coach is the world famous tenor, Guiltiero Negrini of the Metropolitan Opera House New York.

Kris has been hired to perform with with many top musicians including: Clare Fischer, Smokey Robinson, Stu Goldberg (film,T.V., John Mclaughlin. Pat Martino), Doc Severensen (Johnny Carson), Otmaro Ruiz (Sheila E, Alex Acuna), Vinnie Falcone (musical director for Frank Sinatra), Tim Bogert (Jeff Beck. Rod Stewart), Luis Conte.

Kris has been on the teaching staff of the Musicians Institute in Hollywood since 2001, and has received his Bachelors Degree in Music from Cal State Northridge.
