I am a professional educator of K-12 students with over 10 years of professional teaching experience in elementary and middle schools. I am a graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham where I student Music Performance and Elementary Education. I also hold a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Cambridge College; located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I began playing piano at the age of eight years old and began training in classical piano. As I my skills advanced, I began to specialize in jazz, gospel and contemporary music styles. I have spent the last 20 years holding various music related positions in churches across Alabama and the metro Atlanta area. As church music director, I have taught youth and adult choirs while I accompanied them on the piano. I also have a deep passion for Disc jockeying with a bias towards reggae and dance music.

I started taking piano lessons at the age of eight under the instruction of Robert Wilson before switching to Rosaline Saunders Music Studio. I play by ear, but also read music. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. My purpose is to create well rounded musicians, who can play all genres of music, and who will also know how to set the atmosphere with their music. I love teaching piano and I love teaching all ages. I began teaching piano in 2003 before becoming the founder of The Master's Hands Music Studio in 2004. My greatest joy is seeing the knowledge and gift of music passed to others that was afforded me by the sacrifice of my late parents.

My main musical area of interest is traditional and/or contemporary gospel. I have also developed a strong interest in the contemporary Christian genre. I am well versed in hymns and various forms of sacred music. In addition, I have performed rhythm and blues, pop, and beginning to intermediate classical.

With 20 years of teaching experience, I am a 1978 graduate of Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia, where I studied voice and piano. At present, I am the Minister of Music at an Atlanta area church. I am also a songwriter and producer who released a gospel/inspirational solo CD entitled ‘Ministry’ in 2007.

With studies at Queens College NYC, the Juilliard School and the Brooklyn Conservatory Of Music, you are assured of a first class educational experience. When you couple that with someone that has been on the road with some of the top names in the music business and knows their way around a high tech recording studio environment, you get a very unique and exciting lesson experience. Kenny Keys , a name given to him by one of his former employers rap mogul Russell Simmons, is a dynamic, creative and well rounded professional musician with over 20 years of teaching experience. Growing in Queens NYC and later moving to VA Beach VA and now a resident in the ATL area, Kenny Keys has work in almost every genre of the music industry from Gospel, R&B, Jazz to Hip Hop. "I am well versed in Music Theory and Sight reading. "

I absolutely love music and teaching piano and clarinet! Having studied both clarinet and piano at the University of Georgia, I am patient and encouraging with both children and adults. I have taught piano in my home for seven years now and have children of my own; so I understand that each person is an individual and has different needs and strengths. I also teach private clarinet lessons and am currently playing with the Gwinnettt Community Band. I enjoy teaching beginning students as well as more advanced students. It is such a huge joy to see a student grow in their understanding of music and gain the confidence that comes with it!

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Music. I teach beginners in piano and guitar. Through a student centered approach, my goal is to teach the foundations of music. Those foundations include:

All of my method books are organized into units. it is my goal to help a student FINISH a book once the lessons have begun. This is an achievable goal with a lot patience, practice, and fun!

Buzz is an independent producer, writer, arranger, & keyboardist with over 30 years in the music industry. He appears on more than 150 CDs (2 received platinum certification) as performer or producer.

During the 80s, Buzz toured the world with the legendary Curtis Mayfield as musical director and during that time became staff producer for Ichiban Records. In the 90s, Buzz focused on production & arranging, working with some of music’s finest such as Gerald Albright, Kirk Whalum, & Ben E King to name a few.

In 2000, Buzz created Amatones Music. He has composed music for CNN, Delta Airlines, The Discovery Channel, the Weather Channel as well as for film and TV. His orchestration skills provided him the opportunity to score 2 songs for jazz pianist Bob Thompson and the West VA Symphony Orchestra.

Sept of 05 Buzz released his debut CD “A Collection” on Blue Canoe Records. Music from that release can be found in both film and TV .

I have enjoyed teaching and helping students of all ages for 20 years in achieving their goals in learning to play their instruments. Educated at Columbus State University with a Music Education degree, I teach many instruments including piano, guitar, including Classical style, banjo, saxophone, clarinet and flute. If you would like to start on the trumpet or trombone, I can help you as well. I specialize in working with the first time beginner, giving them a solid foundation in instrumental technique and musical knowledge, as well as helping those who have some experience on their instruments and who are looking to advance.

I have been first trained as a professional opera singer as a child in Korea. For many years, I have performed on stage. When I came to America, I have continued to pursue education in voice (and piano) at Troy University and at Baptist College of Florida while seeking other degrees.

In addition to my main focus on vocal training, I am professionally trained to play instruments such as piano, guitar, flute, and violin. I have learned to play piano and guitar to initially accompany my own singing, but I have continued to study these instruments to this day. I have been a main church pianist, wedding pianist, collaboration pianist, and etc. For flute and violin, I have been a member of ensemble groups and orchestra (and symphonic band) and performed on various occasions.

These training has allowed me to start a music academy in Korea from 1990-1996. There, I have taught all the instruments I have learned: piano, violin, cello, flute, guitar, and voice. It started small, but...

I am an all around exciting person. I love to sing,dance, play the keyboard, think positive, write touching music, meet fun people, and live life to the fullest. I have long and short-term goals. My short-term goals consist of graduating (pretty soon!!!) from Georgia State University, helping my younger relatives make positive decisions on college or life in general, and just write as much music as possible. Music is my passion, my hobby, my career and my gift. I have been performing since age 7 and teaching for the last 25 years. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in music and love to share my knowledge and experience with all ages and aptitudes - even special needs. My approach to teaching is fun but serious, laid-back but encouraging, demanding but forgiving. I teach students how to be disciplined with their practice and how to make the most of their limited time.
