After seeing his first rock concert at age 14, Nick knew music had to be in his future. He picked up a friend’s guitar the next day for the first time, and after only three years applied for and received a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Nick has been performing in rock bands from high school and throughout college. He also has 4+ years of experience teaching students ranging from age 3 to 60+, and teaches guitar, vocals, and bass. Nick specializes in styles such as rock, blues, pop, classical, and flamenco.

Teaching has always been a great passion of mine. I love watching my students grow as musicians. I have studied with over 20 world class professors and have lots of knowledge to share.

Music became my life when I found a dusty guitar in the storage room at age 12. I owe a lot of really cool experiences to the guitar and so many of them center around learning. Teaching is fun and rewarding, but it is also my way of thanking the great teachers I've had.

Travis C., a Classical Guitarist from the small town of Vail, Colorado recently graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor’s in Music Performance, and is returning to Denver to pursue his Masters of Music in the fall of 2010. His artistry and stage presence was well noted in his auditions at the University of Southern California, University of Denver, and the New England Conservatory of music, where he received the highest of praise from top performers and university professors such as Elliot Fisk, William Kannengeiser, and Ricardo Iznaola, and was awarded Scholarships grants in all three prestigious universities.

Kevin has been a guitarist for more than 24 years. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University earning a Bachelor of Music degree in
classical guitar. He went on to earn a Master of Music degree in
classical guitar performance from the University of North Texas.

Kevin
has been fortunate enough to have studied with some of the world's
foremost classical guitarists. In addition to instruction from Tom, professor of guitar at UNT, he has studied privately for a
number of years with Christopher McGuire, a pupil of Andres Segovia and
a very well respected member of the guitar community. With the help of
these mentors, Kevin was able to perform in master classes of numerous
world famous classical guitarists, including Manuel Barrueco, Carlos
Barbosa-Lima, Jason Vieaux and Pepe Romero.

I've been playing piano since I was 6 yrs. old, and guitar and organ since I was 13. I've been able to use music in so many ways, and that is the opportunity I want for my students. From singing in school and church choirs, to accompanying and directing them, I've had a lot of enjoyable experiences. I've had the fun of performing solo and with bands, and have been teaching music for about 25 yrs, both privately and in the schools. My BA is in music education and my Masters is in individual performance. I've taught K-Jr College music classes in general music, chorus, piano, guitar, and theory. I think my favorite form of teaching is still one-on-one lessons. Working with one student allows me to adjust my teaching to their particular learning style and needs.

I graduated from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, with a Bachelors degree in classical guitar performance. I have a passion for a wide range of music including fingerstyle acoustic, classical, jazz, heavy metal and funk.
