I began my music education in 1993 with private piano lessons. A year later, I joined the instrumental program in my community playing the clarinet and by 8th grade I had fully realized my passion for music and have been playing and singing ever since! In 2002 I was accepted to the prestigious Berklee College of Music for classical piano which culminated into a Bachelors degree in Music Education. My professional career started when I accepted a position to provide private music lessons to home schooled children all across CT. During that time I taught everything from piano and voice to alto saxophone and baritone horn. My next career move brought her to the public schools in urban Bridgeport, CT. During my time in Bridgeport, I developed a successful music program in a new school. About Me

Music has been a part of my life since I was 5 years old, when my father would record my brother and I singing. I always loved singing and learned many of my favorite songs as a child.

I started playing the trumpet in the 4th grade, which has led me all the way to receiving my degrees in Trumpet Performance and Music Education! I was lucky enough to attend one of the nation's top music schools, The Peabody Institute, and I now work toward my Master's degree at California State University, Long Beach. I have enjoyed performing in everything from big-band-lead to principal trumpet in the orchestra, leading brass quintets and brass ensembles, and much more! The trumpet has been a huge passion for as long as I can remember now!

My name is Erin, and I'm a professional brass instrumentalist and singer who has been gigging and teaching lessons in the metro area for more than ten years. If you're looking for affordable brass, music theory or voice lessons for yourself or your child and you want to avoid the hassle of driving to studios and waiting during the lesson, drop me a line! I was classically trained in music performance and pedagogy at Wayne State University, with focus on French horn performance and a secondary focus in classical singing. I am a current member of the horn section of the Lake St. Clair Symphony Orchestra.

My name is Amy and I am a certified music teacher. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in instrumental music education, and my primary instrument is clarinet. I have taught instrumental music for 6 years in downtown Phoenix.

I enjoy teaching students of all ages and abilities, especially beginners! I teach beginner lessons in piano, and brass instruments, beginner to intermediate level students in woodwinds, and beginner up to advanced high-school level clarinet.

About Me

I've been playing and loving music for well more than half a century, now. I got started in second grade when my grandpa brought home a little violin one day, and I've been at it ever since. I was fortunate to take lessons for more than ten years with Carita Page, a teacher who was very warm, encouraging, and caring. I do my best to pass that on to my students in addition to the technique of playing and the theory of music, fascinating as those are.

I feel that playing in groups is very valuable experience for students and gives you a side of music that private lessons alone cannot. I encourage students to look for opportunities to do that. To help provide those opportunities I organized the Cranbury Scout Band, one of very few continuously-operating Scout bands in the country, which I have directed for more that ten years now. I've also been on the staff of several Jamboree Scout bands.

About Me

I have been happily playing music for nearly 15 years, and now I have the opportunity to share my enthusiasm with you! I recently graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Music in music education. My two main instruments are trombone and guitar, although I have also taught bass guitar and other brass instruments privately.

My musical journey started with guitar lessons at age 8. I have played many genres of guitar throughout the years, including pop, rock, jazz, and classical music. I've played with bands as well as solo material, so no matter what you want to learn, I will be able to shed some light on your path to being the kind of guitar player you want to be.

Originally from Chicago, I attended Chicago Musical College for 2 years before moving to Calif. and receiving my B.A. in music from Cal. State Northridge. I also have an M.A. in Education from there. I have been a band director in public schools for over 40 years. My bands have won over 50 1st place awards in music competitions. I have been playing keyboard professionally since the age of 14. I truly enjoy working with both kids and adults on a one on one basis, and provide a relaxed and friendly, yet goal-oriented experience.

A love of music began in the third grade. I started on a silver metal clarinet and have not stopped playing. I am a musician, composer, arranger and performer. I hold a B.A. in music and have taught in the schools for 22 years. I bring extensive knowledge and humor to my teaching. I enjoy working with all age levels and pride myself on being intensely positive.

Originally from Indiana, David has been teaching music in both the private and public school sectors for 12 years. Getting his start as a drumline instructor with only 4 students, David soon expanded his teaching to include both guitar and piano, which he studied under Frank Puzzulo (of Miles Davis' group) at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Upon graduating Ball State, David moved to Colorado to study jazz and classical music with Dr. Douglas Walter, an accomplished percussionist who is known for his versatility and multiple percussion talents. He also studied piano and guitar in his off time, jamming with several rock and jazz groups both in and out of school.

In 2006, David left the college scene with a Masters in Music and moved to Florida where he began his teaching career.
