Top Quality Professional Instruction

When I searched for a vocal instructor, I wanted to make sure I got the best, and Edward is such. He is knowledgeable, professional, and focused. He is on top of every note and inflection you make, critiquing and helping you to improve your skills. With his background in opera and international touring, I am amazed and am grateful I was able to book such a qualified instructor. I would refer anyone to Edward who wanted to build (or correct) their foundation and proper technique; in any skill, foundation is first.

Edward K. Deserves More Than 5 Stars!

My husband and I have both had the pleasure of having Edward as our voice coach. I can't say enough positive things about him, and would give him well beyond 5 stars if given the opportunity! He has the optimal combination of professional knowledge, talent, genuine enthusiasm, and refined teaching skills. Any time we struggled, he found an innovative approach to help us get back on track or work through a singing challenge, and encouraged us through the rough patches in a way that never felt patronizing. He never lost patience or got frustrated with us, even when we got frustrated and impatient with ourselves. He made us both feel very comfortable, in spite of our nervousness and embarrassment at what we felt were horrible sounds coming out of our mouths, which he assured us were not. :)

He made us laugh, he cheered us on, he helped us expand our octave ranges in ways we didn't think possible, he helped us find our "true voice," he helped us work toward singing goals we never believed we could achieve, and he actively engaged with us every step of the way. We have never had so much fun while learning!

Edward has a genuine desire to help his students learn and improve, and he demonstrated it in every lesson with us. He is an outstanding teacher, and you will be blessed and delighted by him and his warm, effervescent personality and enthusiasm from the moment you meet him.

We were not able to continue due to extensive travel commitments, but have been forever changed and influenced by our lessons - thank you, Edward!
