Michael first sang on stage, at the age of 3, the same time that he began learning piano. He went on to explore multiple instruments throughout his early years and also developed as a vocalist for theatre and concerts, including competing in Star Search in the mid-80s, the forerunner to American Idol.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Music Education from Troy State University in Troy, AL and Master of Music in Composition from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, MI, where he studied with world-renowned composer, Dr. David R. Gillingham.

While a graduate student at CMU, Michael taught sophomore Music Theory and senior level Form & Analysis. He also contributed to the book, Music Is Fundamental: Fundamentals and Methods for Elementary Music, by Dr. Daniel L. Steele. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and has master's work in choral music. For many years she has taught private and group music lessons to all ages and many varying styles of singing and instrumental music. Her lessons are unlike the ones she remembers from childhood; Jill's lessons are full of fun and excitement each week. It is amazing how students react to Jill's great humor and the lessons certainly prove that learning is a process. Jill brings more than just technique to the studio.

Having been a soloist herself, Jill knows what it takes to prepare and rehearse and therefore she makes it clear which concept the student will learn each week. With an instrumental and choral background, Jill brings music to life and then shares with the students how to keep music in their lives forever.

I was a member of the United States Marine Corps band for more than 8 years. Prior to joining the band I attended the Armed Forces School of Music for 8 months. While at this school, I was taught Ear Training, Music Theory, and Performance. Playing with the Marine Band gave me priceless experience and I got a chance to work with some great people. I've performed with members of the President's Own, for Professional Football games, Professional Soccer Games, and opened up concerts for Toby Keith and Montgomery Gentry. These are only some of the amazing experiences I've had. I have played the clarinet for 12 years and am eager to help students aspiring to be better.

Thomas is an up and coming woodwind player in Florida. He has done it all from playing Principal Clarinet in Band, 2nd Clarinet in Orchestra, Chamber music on clarinet and saxophone as well as Numerous experiences playing in Musical Pit Orchestras.

As A high school student Thomas was an active member in the Freedom High School Band located in Orlando, Fl. During his time at Freedom Thomas received Superiors on all of his solos at District Solo and Ensemble as Well as two Superiors on solos a State Solo and Ensemble. He was also a member of the Freedom Saxophone Quartet who in his junior and senor year of high school attained superior ratings at Solo and Ensemble events.
