I am a professional Dancer and Choreographer. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors in Kinesiology.

Dance students can expect to improve week to week in their Dance technique. Every dance has a unique rhythm; I teach students to release built up tension and apply foundational techniques in order to unlock their own individual style. I can help any student to dance with freedom, confidence, and expression.

I teach students of all different ages and experience levels. I studied hip hop dance for 11 years. I can teach students to learn their bodies natural flow and to also improve their balance.

As a professional dancer I frequently take trips to New York for video shoots, recording artist, and meeting with other dancers for group dance projects. I have dance for Nike the last two years which as been an amazing experience which also taught me so much and makes me appreciate what I do even more. I love to mentor students who want to become effective, dynamic dancers and reach their full potential to take their dancing to the next level.

My personal passion is dance but I firmly believe that great technique is essential to any and every style. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to become a better dancer!

This class Will cover the bases of applying the wave to your dance style. There will be a full breakdown of different variations of this move. Students will learn how to perform this move effortlessly with the tool provided in this 45 min course.
