Workout by following hip hop steps to various upbeat hip hop songs! Be ready to have fun and sweat a lot! You will start the class with the warm up (light stretch). After, you will follow various hip hop steps to hip hop songs for 30 min. You can take breaks at anytime. Then 5 min will be spend on core strengthening exercises. The class will end with the deeper stretch. Be prepared to sweat!

I like you as a teacher but your not reading the chat . And your not showing us how to do the dance moves And the audio is really choppy
