My name is Miri and I’m a professional dancer and choreographer originally from Germany, but living in the US. I trained both in Europe and in the US for about 10 years and have been teaching for over 8 years mostly in Hip Hop and Street styles and Tap dance.

In this class we will start with a 5- 10 minute warm up, with some follow- along grooves and basic moves.

We will then learn a choreography, all steps and moves are broken down slowly first, before we try them with music.

At the end of the class you will receive a class recording of the dance steps so you can review them on your on time.

Miri taught K-pop choreography to my 9 yro son and I. She is the best! She worked with us on song selection, changed the choreo when needed so it wasn't too hard for beginners, and was so positive and patient that we felt totally comfortable dancing in front her on a Zoom call. She sent us videos to practice with between lessons and always came prepared with a plan. I cannot recommend Miri highly enough!

I took some tap dancing lessons with Miri.  She is very organized, experienced and encouraging.    She made two dancing easy and fun.    She even took video for the steps we learn in the class, so I can review after the lessons.    She is patient and explains things very well.  I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to learn how to tap dance

Miri is super nice and enthusiastic! I am a super new beginner, so it was comforting to have someone so willing to teach and encourage me to become a better and more confident dancer!
