This 5 star review is long overdue. My daughter has been taking piano lessons from Jonathan for 2+ years, and we couldn’t be happier. Jonathan is an extremely knowledgeable musician, and his approach is a great mix of instruction, patience, and fun. It’s been an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Want to play your favorite songs? Want to write your own? While focusing primarily on technique and theory, we'll also spend at least part of each lesson being creative together, whether improvising, or writing something, or just playing a game, because I believe that to be a well-rounded musician is to know how to communicate one's own ideas fluently. We'll also explore a variety of styles, including rock, country, pop, folk, and jazz, and we will learn songs both using a pick and using the fingers. I can also teach students to actually read music and not just tablature, if they're interested in exploring jazz and classical music. Message me today to see if we'd be a good match!

About Kyle

I am a professional violinist, violist, guitarist, pianist, composer, and educator. In addition to recording and touring with my own bands, I regularly arrange and record strings for artists and producers in a wide range of styles, from underground rappers to indie rock bands to grammy winning pop

From rock to classical music we will explore guitar playing in a fun and constructive way! From day one the focus will be on making music with the guitar as opposed to just a dry, academic approach. And that is not to say that what we will be learning won't be academic. My curriculum is designed to create musically-conscious students who appreciate and understand music to a collegiate degree.

About Baltazar

Hi! My name is Baltazar! I am a passionate teacher and musician who has been playing since about age 10 and teaching since about age 15. I love all styles of music and aim to re-create that love in all of my students. I firmly believe that in order to learn and excel in a subject a student must enj

I teach all levels, all ages, beginning to advanced; experience with special needs students.

I develop relationships with parents and inspire them to be motivational and supportive to their kids in a way that is not overbearing.

Energize and inspire students’ love of music, many styles, with respect for what they already know and enjoy.

I bring the experience of every note I’ve written, on a deadline; every moment on stage, under pressure, (during performance as a leader or a sideman) to each student I teach. I make every effort to instill a passionate, strong work ethic; as well as proper attitude and character towards their fellow musicians.

About Scott

"Jordan is awesome! My son is 6 and he is very patient with him and doesn’t make the lesson overwhelming which is something I was worried about. Jordan is very pleasant and talented. He is also great at communicating and responds quickly if you have a question later in the week. Would highly recommend him to anyone and any age interested in learning an instrument. My son is still excited to be learning to play the guitar which I’m always surprised because to get better it takes practice and dedication. Thanks Jordan for making it fun too!"

"I would recommend Jimmy to anyone that is serious about learning guitar or music theory. With his strategic approach to teaching the material, you will not only understand music, but you will know how to create your own right on the spot. His lessons are very knowledgeable and most of all fun. He is a patient teacher and will guide you on the correct path you so can become the greatest musician in a very short time. I have been training with him for little over a year and my skills already surpassed others that have been for multiple years. Teachers like Jimmy are rare and very hard to find. If you are serious about music then you should train with Jimmy. See the results faster than you ever thought were possible."
