My years of teaching have helped me to understand what it takes to make consistent progress in learning the guitar. My approach is focused on helping the student acquire habits that will aid them in forging solid technique and musicianship, consequently removing limitations to allow access to all the joy that music has to offer.

About Wes

I studied classical guitar and composition at Asbury College and later more in depth guitar studies rock, jazz, and classical at the Atlanta Institute of Music. I have been teaching steadily for the past ten years as well as spending my time with various other musical projects such as leading worsh

I customize my lessons to every students interest and needs. While doing that setting a strong foundation in theory and technique. Theory is important in the ability to communicate to other musicians, or if the students changes instruments they already know the "lingo". My style of teaching is goofy but focused, and arranged for the best possible chance for success whatever the goals are for the student. Goals are important for anything in life we do and we will have them in our lessons.

About Marcus

I grew up along the Eastern Coast of the United States. Grew up singing in choir and ensembles, which helped to shape my love of music. At the age of 15 I received my first guitar, and studied under the best teachers I could find in my area, while also studying music theory. I moved to Nashville, T

Spiros has been an ideal teacher for me, he has a wealth of experience to draw from and has a natural nack for teaching (Im an absolute beginner).
His teaching method gets you playing fast and doesn't skimp on theory and musicality - he doesn't simply have you learn tabs and songs, this was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend him.

My lesson style changes depending on who I'm teaching. There are essential things everyone needs to understand, and at the same time, the student's personality requires a customized explanation. I pride myself at being good at communication.

About Dan

I played piano as an adolescent, and started guitar at 11 to be like Green Day, Nirvana, Metallica, and all the best rock bands at the time. Then, joined a band in 7th grade, where I sang and played guitar. We performed Enter Sandman by Metallica for the talent show. In 8th grade we performed an or

"Guitar lessons with Ahmad were my weekly retreat from a hectic workweek. Ahmad is super patient with you every step of the way. Somehow he manages to urge you to practice (something I have trouble with) without being naggy or making you feel guilty. He listens to your concerns and musical tastes and incorporates them into each lesson.

He lets you pick the genre and even songs that you'd like to play. His classical training means that you get experience in sight reading music and musical theory. I'm a bit of weird bird that I like blues and punk rock. He taught me the basics in both so I can have a great time just jamming out with him or with some of my talented friends.

Overall, if you're looking to invest some money in lessons, Ahmad is the place to go."

"Mark is a fantastic teacher. He is very patient and positive at all times. My teenage daughter and I both take lessons and he is very comfortable with our different learning styles and speeds. I particularly appreciate his focus on teaching from real songs. His attention to detail is great and I am always impressed that he is teaching us to listen and decode the chords, the strums and subtle little moments in the music. I highly recommend Mark - even for 50-something beginners like myself."
