About Erik
I want to teach you how to express yourself through music. I've been inspired by music since I was young and have been involved in one way or another since I started piano lessons at age 3. I've been playing guitar for over fifteen years and written and recorded music for about eight. Whether you want to go into music seriously as I have, or just use music as a hobby and way to express yourself, I want to help you accomplish your goal.

*** Lesson Details ***
Each person is different and learns in a slightly different way. Having said that, there are certain essentials which must not be ignored. If you've never taken lessons before, we'll start with the fundamentals, how to hold the guitar properly, make chords, build up finger strength, properly tune the guitar, know all the strings, and most importantly play songs. You will lea
rn how to read basic music, but I can teach you how to play by ear too. Before we have completed our series you or your children will have basic knowledge of all these things and a desire to explore at least some of these aspects further.

For me, the most interesting music reveals the unique perspective and feelings of the person who makes it. Having conquered the essentials I will encourage you to be creative with your developing talents. I can teach you about song structure and I can teach you how to jam with your friends. If you are interested in writing and composing, I can help you with that too. We can take a look at your favorite artists and try to discover how they accomplished and perfected their sound. If you want to learn how to record I have a computer equipped with Pro Tools and would be glad to show you how to use it.

You'll spend time listening to me of course, but I hope to spend much of my time listening to you as well. If reading music doesn't inspire you we can focus more on learning by ear. It's up to you. You'll need your own instrument obviously, though you can leave it at home if you don't want to carry it back and forth. I have guitars here. I request that you purchase a book with text and exercises so that you can practice and study what you learn in the class. Even if you do not want to read music, you will need to know the neck and conquer scale formations and chords. We can choose the text based on your needs.

About Eddie
Hello there, I'm Eddie! Music, since the first time I picked up the saxophone, has been the passion of my life. I almost always have an instrument in my hands or have music coming out of my speakers. I earned my degree in performance from the University of Miami in 2012 and have 1 year of experience teaching. As part of my undergraduate studies, I became proficient in all saxophones including alto, tenor, soprano and bari. In addition to that, I have also become well versed in the piano, guitar, flute, and clarinet. Music is my passion and I want to bring this same passion to any student I teach.

About Rodolfo
Vocal Coaching & Wellbeing Singing

I have been teaching singing for 10+ years. I've enhanced singing lessons into a complete program of vocal mastery/songwriting with a blend of wellbeing techniques.

I am an active music artist, music production collage graduate, "The voice" ex-participant and vocal producer with vast experience in online music marketing.

Today's music industry requires to be prepared and aware of its fundamentals. Voice mastery, digital distribution and streaming, producing, audio recording, royalties, interpretation, social media, songwriting, copyright, are all random pieces of a puzzle you must put together in order to succeed.

I've been making music for over 22 years and I've felt the pain of figuring out this puzzle by myself. I've been copyright stolen, false magic lesson invested, lousy contract scamme
d, paying to perform, falling short of budget, trading soul for fame and many other beauties of this industry in my journey to try to make a living out of expressing myself.

My goal today is to use my experience to shorten the learning curve of others. My scope is on keeping you focused on your craft and introducing you to technologic tools that will allow you to keep expressing yourself purely and make it a sustainable lifestyle or an empowering hobby by seeing progress and results.

Stay focused on your dreams

As a pianist, I always wanted to be a piano teacher, get to know different people, cultures, and the most important one to discover different and unique talents I see on every single student I have. I love sharing the knowledge I acquired throughout my music career and seeing my students learning what I learned when I was their age. I want them to feel confident on themselves and to never give up on their future musical career. However, I get extremely happy seeing my students improving their techniques week after week, and I want them to get into the music world and enjoy it!

I started teaching ever since 1995, It has been 23 years of knowing how to work with students of all the ages such as from 5 years old to adults!

I am public-school teacher who has taught math and music for over 15 years. Prior to my years of teaching, I played, sang and studied music from a very young age. While in high school I played to role of section leader in both the marching and concert band. In those formative years I would regularly perform as keyboardist for the jazz band and the schools chorus. I also participated in Broward Youth Symphony Orchestra and was yearly excepted and played with All County Bands.
Growing in my musical knowledge I later began to study vocal performance at the college level. Recorded and preformed as backup vocalist for many renowned Gospel artists such as Byron Cage, Vernon William and Papa San. Along with reggae artist Bankie Banks and Jr. Jazz. I also did work as session singer for several recording artists while continually performing at var

I am flexible enough to perform and teacher various styles of music including jazz, classical, rock, gospel, R&B and musical theatre.
