I will teach you how to make video games! I teach the following programs:
Scratch 2.0 - a great program to learn for beginners or children 8 and up! Put together code "blocks" like puzzle pieces to program your game!
Stencyl - For making games without typing code! Similar to Scratch where blocks of code are used, but much more powerful!
Unity - For making 2D and 3D games. We will use a little bit of C# language to code the games!
Game Art - Create game art and animation sprites for your games using Adobe Animate and Adobe Photoshop!
Children or Adults can take any of these programs. I recommend 8+ years for Scratch and 10+ years for Unity. 12+ years to really get into more actual c# coding.

I have a LOT of patience! All you need is the desire to learn to knit. If you never have knitted before, I will get you knitting. If you want to learn, but believe you can’t learn because someone told you can’t learn to knit, I will prove that you can knit. If you have knitted a long time ago, but forgot all of it or most of it, I will bring it back to you. If you already know the basics of knitting, but don’t know how to get beyond the simple knitted squares and rectangles, I can get you to the next level. If you know knitting basics, but gave up because you make a lot of mistakes, I will show you how to fix mistakes, so that mistakes don’t become traumatic. If you know the basics, but want to learn a different technique such as color work, cables, lace, or more, I can teach you. Do you have trouble reading patterns or charts, I can take the mystery out of them.
“Teacher Location” or “Travel Location” under 6 miles away from my home, 1 hour sessions minimum are required.
I am extremely patient and determined to teach anyone with a desire to knit or crochet, no matter how high or low their individual learning curve seems to be. My 25 years or so educational and professional past experience is in industrial, exhibit, graphic, stage and jewelry design. My passion for

Sharing the words and wisdom of Irving Crane...
I have played billiards and devised inventions as well as new games over the many years. My mentor in the game and the art of pocket billiards was Irving Crane. Teaching the finer principles of the game and the psychology of performance at the billiard table is a legacy I would like to pass on in my life. So, here I am.
If you would like to learn how not to stress out over the last ball, how to breath properly, align your shot, aim, follow through and visualize the entirety of the shot- that is a good foundation. How to plan and treat the game as a chess board, think through many shots in advance and choose the right path as it changes... these are good building blocks. if you would like your blood pressure to go down while your opponent's goes up, its a good topper.
Most importantly, billiards is a game of the mind first and foremost. We play against ourselves before we play the opponent. Knowing your own process of ...

Joseph’s technical ‘short cuts’ are amazing! He illustrates ways for your hands and your mind to work that are tailor made for you. Learning from him is so fun it seems almost effortless.
The way Joseph teaches allows you to develop at your own pace. The atmosphere is always relaxed yet everything moves along quickly.
At the open classes I attend, his other students are progressing very rapidly too. After each class, we share our impressions. The mood is elated because it feels like we stepped back in time and into history.
Joseph often quotes inspired wisdom of his historic teachers in our lessons. He is a great inspiration on his own with great musical insights.
I’m playing Beethoven and Chopin works I never thought I could approach at this stage of study, with great depth of understanding. I now play with greater passion and skill, get compliments from everyone I play for, and no longer worry about playing in public.
I look forward to each and every lesson with Joseph. His encouragement and support makes learning so rewarding! Anyone who finds this musical treasure is a lucky person and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Online sewing lessons are a little tricky but as Tim Gunn once said, let's make it work!. Any questions you may have for current projects or projects you'd like to work on, I can do my best to assist through our screens.
NOTE 1: if you do not know how to set up a machine and are a super beginner, I would recommend waiting until in-person lessons are available.
NOTE 2: I am not offering pattern-drafting lessons. If you are working from a store-bought pattern or your own pattern and have questions, I can help!

I am the coach and captain of the Yale Bridge Team. I am the 2018 King of Bridge for my efforts to promote bridge and excellent tournament play. I have worked directly with Audrey Grant on her online bridge column and teaching techniques––I taught as an expert panelist at her national bridge retreat.
I bring a fun attitude and encourage cardplay rather than lecture-style teaching. I enjoy hand recaps and analyzing individual decision-making.
Hello, my name is Reese, and I'm a sophomore at Yale College. I am the founder, president, and teacher of the Yale competitive bridge team. I've enjoyed teaching college students, but I also have helped people ranging in age from 7-97. Audrey Grant, Jade Barrett, Robert Todd, and other world-class
