I have always loved singing! I sang everywhere I went, was in the choir at church and even lead our worship team during Sunday mornings. I have continued to sing and it has helped me with my other instrumental playing. I play the piano which helps with the accompaniment of singers. I have had a few singing students and we have had nothing short of a good time together! We will learn music together and have you singing your favorite songs like a champ in no time!

I realize there are a lot of different teachers on this website, but I am set apart by my teaching style. As a voice student all my life, I was always so annoyed about having to spend months to get results from teachers who drew out my progress to get more money. I don't play that way. I am an experienced musician and performer with a variety of teaching skills gained over 20 years of study and action. Lessons in my studio are about so much more than just learning to sing a song or write music. Students are instilled with business knowledge, work ethic, and confidence so that they can truly accomplish whatever they set their minds to. We go deep and focus on how to develop new mental and physical habits that can help the student better express his/herself. We work hard on a curriculum that is specifically catered to the student's needs, and of course, is fun too!

Singing lessons are so much fun! You choose what you want to sing. I have a large repertoire of classical pieces, theatre tunes, gospel, rock, pop, country, you name it. My goal is to help you sing what makes you happy while coaching you on good techniques to keep your instrument healthy.
