I am passionate about cultivating the "total package performer". I will help students build a solid foundation of music theory, sight reading, technique, and most importantly ear training while tailoring to your unique style and goals. Most importantly, part of my lesson plan includes allowing the student to discover their unique voice, be confident in performing, and most importantly enjoying every lesson performance.

About Gellimy

Hello! Welcome to my page. A little bit about me. I started singing at an early age. I began voice lessons at age 6 in her hometown in the Philippines. Then I moved to Sacramento in 2010, and continued singing throughout high school and college. I recently graduated from California State Universi

I have been playing saxophone for eleven years and absolutely love teaching it as much as I do performing. My goal is to inspire any student by the power of music. My lessons are relaxed, fun, and productive. I teach all ages and all ability levels on saxophone - soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone. Students will learn technical skills, repertoire, and/or a basic overview of the saxophone. I also have experience in clarinet and flute. Ultimately, I want to positively influence any and every student and create a foundation of music for them to carry for a lifetime.

About Emily

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree in performance from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. I will also be attending the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities for a Master of Music degree in performance as well. I hope to continue my education and pursue a Doctor of Musical

"I worked with Michelle for a little over 2 years. As an adult student, I was super nervous about singing in front of anyone - it took me this long to just sign up for lessons! She was patient with me and gave me lots of tools for dealing with my nerves and stage fright. Michelle helped me to choose songs that I not only wanted to sing but that matched my voice and range. I was hesitant about performing in a recital but Michelle pointed out that it was like training for a marathon - doing all the work but not performing just seemed silly. It wasn't perfect but it was definitely something I'm proud to have crossed off my bucket list."
