Currently, I tutor students from different countries, including Colombia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Korea, and Peru to help them in college and business. In Peru and Mexico, I taught ESL full-time to adults, college students, and high school students. The classes ranged from basic English where the students had little to no English experience to advanced business conversation among nearly fluent ESL speakers.
About Jackie
The feedback I often receive from my students is that I made learning an enjoyable experience—they want to work harder to advance quickly in their classes. All of my students agree that I have a lot of patience and turn even the most challenging lessons into ones of positivity and encouragement. I provide critical feedback in the most constructive of ways that help the students reach conclusions on their own. I enjoy being there to support and guide their experience.
Basically, I love teaching. I'm enthusiastic yet patient, and I absolutely adore helping kid
Right now, I’m working on self-publishing a Spanish conversation textbook for beginning students and am writing an intermediate-level Spanish conversation textbook. I've also written several academic articles published online. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy traveling, playing with my cat, and swimming.

Get the results you want with individualized ESL Classes! For your first class, we will have a consultation about your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and any education or experience you have with English. From then on, I tailor each and every lesson to fit your needs- this could be speaking, listening, grammar, phrasal verbs, culture, etc. I incorporate various forms of media into my lessons including articles, video, and worksheets. I send follow up emails after class that detail the mistake patterns I noticed and how to fix them. Ask me a question to find out more!
About Elisha
I hold my students to high standards, believing that setting consistent and high expectations is the key to success and improvement. I encourage students to reach these standards by providing honest feedback about their strengths and weaknesses, actively listening, and individualizing every lesson. Though I set high standards for students, I expect and even encourage them to make mistakes. Making mistakes is the best way to begin getting better and lets me know what areas we should work on together.

If you understand English at a basic level, then I can certainly help you learn how to become fluent in speaking, reading and writing. If you have an accent that makes it difficult for others to understand you, I can help you learn how to be understood better.
About Kris
I have quite a bit of life knowledge and experience that I'm willing to share. I see myself as more of a tutor, helping students along the path to get better grades and understand their subject material better.
Some things to expect during a lesson: We will go over the material and find any areas you are struggling with. We will hone in on those areas and get to the root of the issue, then build you up so that you have a solid base of understanding and can grow from there.
I hope we can partner to enhance your education and knowledge.

I have been teaching ESL for the past twelve years in places such as Japan, Turkey and the Czech Republic.
I work with students who are tired of being ‘stuck’ in their studies and careers. If you want to help yourself improve, we can work together. My students are my partners.
I specialize in helping language learners find the inner causes of stress, anxiety, lack of motivation and low self-esteem—all of which can limit their progress.
Helping students help themselves is my duty and joy.
I became a teacher because I wanted to connect with others. No matter your level or ability, communication is possible.
Abilities can be developed over time, with steady progress along the way. Doing things step-by-step is the key to improvement.
About Calvin
I give a lot of feedback, so you can see what your habits are. In this way, you can be aware of your most common mistakes, so that you can correct them. Self correction is the key to steady improvement.
Learning isn't a job (or punishment) it's an opportunity. Let's meet and see if we can find your path to improvement together, as a team.

About Victoria
During my time in college, I was privileged to gain a great deal of knowledge from some extremely talented and dedicated professors. Their extensive knowledge in their field of profession, real life experiences and the pure honest desire to help others reach their educational goals inspired me. So much so, it inspired me to use my talents to teach as well.
It first started with preparing my nephew for school, he was about 3 at the time, and now I teach my nieces age 4 and 6. I am a strong believer in early education for setting the bases in future educational success. With the knowledge I have gain I inspire and
